PEC 549/06 - URGENTÍSSIMO - PAUTA PREVISTA PARA OS DIAS 09 E 10 DE MARÇO DE 2010.

Vivemos um momento especial em nossa carreira.
A PEC 549/06 encontra-se novamente na pauta da Câmara dos Deputados e na Ordem do Dia.
Apesar das barreiras já vencidas, as principais batalhas estão em andamento.
Na semana passada, conseguimos impedir que os delegados brasileiros ficassem vinculados, para fins de remuneração, aos Oficiais da PM. O Deputado Federal Marcelo Itagiba, a nosso pedido, formulou uma Questão de Ordem na PEC 300/08 (Militares da PM e dos Bombeiros), na undécima hora, retirando os delegados que haviam sido incluídos por iniciativa dos Oficiais da PM.
Saliente-se, por oportuno, que tal medida visava evitar que os delegados restaurassem a paridade remuneratória com os membros do Ministério Público.
Relava registrar, outrossim, que esse golpe resultaria na perda de objeto da PEC nº 549/06 (dos Delegados) e, em consequência a PEC nº 549 seria arquivada.
A luta não pode ser de um só, nem de poucos, pois interessa a todos nós.
Como você certamente tem relacionamento com algum Deputado Federal (vide relação anexa) solicite a ele por telefone ou e-mail que vote a nosso favor, apoiando o voto do Relator da matéria (Deputado Federal Regis de Oliveira). Precisamos de muitos votos, isto é, 308 votos a favor.
Transmita essa mensagem aos colegas, faça o que estiver a seu alcance.
Acredite na possibilidade de êxito, lute.
